Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred a total of ONE time providing that the appointment is outside of the 72 hour cancellation policy window. If the appointment is within 72 hours a new deposit will need to be paid.
Cancellations:
If an appointment is cancelled within 72 hours the full payment may be requested at my discretion. Failure to pay will result in a block on further bookings until the balance is settled.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to full payment. Failure to pay will result in a block on further bookings until the balance is settled.
If I need to cancel your appointment for reasons outside of my control I will do my best to reschedule you as soon as possible. If the rescheduled times offered do not suit you then you may ask for your deposit to be returned.
Lateness:
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted to suit the time left. You will be charged for your original booking.
Removals:
I DO NOT REMOVE ANY OTHER TECHS WORK. Unless previously agreed before booking. If you come to your appointment with another techs work I will refuse the service and you will be charged in full.
Gift Cards:
I have e-gift cards available. These are totally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. There is a minimum purchase value of £20. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They can be used online (a unique one time code will be given) or in person.
